Nature of Services GPRP A structured readiness and workforce mobility program that prepares candidates for legal international employment pathways. VVEP A short-term exposure-based program that enables individuals to understand international systems legally through visit visa travel. Important Clarification We provide: ✔ Readiness training ✔ Exposure structuring ✔ Career pathway planning ✔ Employer/recruiter linkage We do NOT: ❌ Issue visas ❌ Guarantee jobs ❌ Provide immigration approvals ❌ Engage in illegal recruitment 3. Eligibility Users must: Be 18 years and above Provide truthful and verifiable information Have legal travel documentation (for VVEP) Demonstrate financial and professional readiness where required We reserve the right to reject or discontinue participation. 4. User Responsibilities Participants agree to: ✔ Provide accurate data ✔ Submit genuine documents ✔ Follow host country laws ✔ Comply with visa conditions Strict Prohibitions Users must NOT: ❌ Overstay visas ❌ Engage in illegal employment ❌ Use falsified documents ❌ Misrepresent qualifications Violation leads to immediate termination and possible reporting to authorities. 5. Program-Specific Conditions A. GPRP Focuses on long-term readiness and employability Matching depends on employer requirements Completion does not guarantee placement B. VVEP Participants must strictly adhere to: ✔ Visit visa conditions ✔ No employment during visit ✔ Return to home country after visit VVEP is strictly exposure-based, not employment-based. 6. Fees & Payments Fees may include: Program onboarding Training & preparation services Exposure program coordination (VVEP) Policy Payments are for services rendered, not outcomes Fees are generally non-refundable Payment confirms acceptance of Terms 7. No Guarantee Policy We explicitly do NOT guarantee: ❌ Job placement ❌ Visa approval ❌ Employer sponsorship ❌ Migration success Outcomes depend on: Individual qualifications Market demand Government policies 8. Third-Party Engagement We may connect users to: ✔ Employers ✔ Recruitment agencies ✔ Institutions However: Contracts are between user and third parties We are not liable for third-party actions 9. Limitation of Liability ConnectAbroadVisas.com is not liable for: Visa denials Job rejections Travel disruptions Immigration decisions Financial losses Participation is at your own risk. 10.
